Seminars

Join us on March 24 at 8 PM EST for an insightful seminar with Selina Li, Software Engineer at Google Ads. Selina will share her journey from securing her first internship as a freshman to accumulating six internship experiences before successfully joining Google. She will offer strategies for efficiently planning your internship path, preparing for technical interviews, and understanding the key differences between internship and full-time hiring.

Our Residency Program is in full swing! This initiative empowers emerging tech professionals through immersive experiences and hands-on training. If you're interested in jump-starting your tech career as a Software Engineer Intern, don’t miss out on this chance.

" Around this time two years ago, I came across CircleCat on Xiaohongshu. I didn’t know how to write a single line of code, but I decided to give it a try. I enrolled in CircleCat’s free learning program, passed the exam and interview, and advanced to the next level. Later, I was fortunate to participate in an industrial standard project.
Starting with zero programming experience, CircleCat’s structured curriculum taught me foundational coding skills like Java and guided me through real-world projects. Though the job market was tough, I kept applying what I’d learned. In the past two weeks, I received four internship offers.
CircleCat has been instrumental in my journey. I’m deeply grateful to the mentors, volunteers, and peers who have supported me along the way. This path isn’t easy, but for those looking to transition into tech—keep pushing forward, and you’ll get there! "

Mentorship Program
If you missed this round, don’t worry! We have two more mentorship rounds coming up. The May–August round will feature at least seven sessions. Applications are now open, and we will begin reviewing them in April.

We’re excited to launch our first mentorship round of 2025 with 35 mentor-mentee matches! Expanding from 27 mentees in our pilot program, this cohort includes mentees from over 20 schools and companies, spanning early-career professionals, full-time students, and recent graduates—all seeking guidance in their transitions into tech.
Mentors and mentees will engage in at least five biweekly
meetings focused on career planning, interview preparation, and technical growth.
