Dear Reader,

We hope you’re enjoying your mentorship journey so far.

As we reach the midpoint of the September – November 2025 CircleCat Mentorship Program, we would like to take a moment to check in and hear how things are going with your mentor.

By this stage, you should have had at least one or two meetings with your mentor, discussed your goals, and started exploring your areas of interest. This is a great time to reflect on your progress, share updates, and adjust your goals if needed.

If you’ve encountered any challenges—such as scheduling difficulties, communication gaps, or uncertainty about next steps—please inform us immediately so we can provide assistance.

Next Steps:

  1. Log all mentorship sessions in the Mentorship Meeting Records section on Moodle. We use this to track your progress and participation. Failure to do so may result in the discontinuation of this round and future rounds of the program.
  2. Be proactive in scheduling your meetings and sharing updates with your mentor.
  3. Reach out if you need any guidance, resources, or help resolving issues.
